When you place your order into thebsl.ca, your products will be shipped within 7-10 days via Canada Post from our Toronto- Ontario warehouse. We will send you an e-mail upon the shipment which will include the tracking number to follow through its journey from us to you.

The return period is 30 days from the invoice date, provided that the products you have purchased from thebsl.ca have not been used. Shipping costs belong to us in the return process. Shipments to be paid by us must only be made through our contracted cargo company, Canada Post. Cargoes sent against us from other cargo companies are not accepted. When you return the product, after receiving approval from the product inspection, your money will be refunded by sticking to your payment method. There is no exchange option for online shopping. However, you can always return your order for FREE within the specified time and place a new order.If you made your payment by debit / credit card, your refund will be returned to your card within 4-10 business days.
All purchases need to be mailed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any item in the final sale or clearance section cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we received the returned items, using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Shipping charges, including sales taxes on shipping charges, are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
